Outset is a network of independent charities in the UK, Estonia, Greece, Israel and the Netherlands. All use the Outset name and website, and are united in the philosophy of raising and pooling funds from members of the public to fund projects in international public art institutions. Each charity works independently, and is registered with and governed by the charity regulator in its respective locale.
